The System
The Louden Method is an app-based system operating via 4 phases, each designed to take your physique to a new level

Phase 1 Activation
Learn how to train effectively for proportional muscle growth across 8 weeks of intense training and a 1 week deload, utilising The Louden Method's unique split.
Master the key nutritional concepts vital for building a high quality physique, and utilise them to achieve yoiur goal body composition.
Monitor and understand weight changes and use them as a tool to guide nutrition, alongside other tracking measures

Phase 2 Construction
Tier 1 features an 18 week phase 2, split up into 4 key focus areas (V-taper, Density, Posterior chain, arms)
Tier 2 allows members to choose their goal physique and recieve a louden method program tailored to achieve it over a 9 week phase (8 weeks intense training, 1 week deload).
Nutritional knowledge continues to be expanded, with the appropriate levers utilised to maximise muscle growth
Advanced intensity techniques begin to feature in training, but main focus is on progressive overload

Phase 3 Intensification
Advanced intensity techniques are extensively deployed
Sessions will be brutal with multiple failure points on exercises, pushing you past your limits
Nutrition becomes a key focus to ensure adequate recovery.
Follows the same structure as Phase 2.

Phase 4 Specialisation
Choose from a range of muscle groups as a primary focus. This muscle group is bombarded with high frequency, volume and intensity techniques, forcing it to grow

Welcome to The Louden Method. By purchasing a subscription or an in-person session, you agree to the following terms. The Louden Method provides fitness programming, nutritional guidance, and coaching via the PT Distinction app.2. Billing, Cancellations, and Price Changes
The Louden Method operates on a rolling 4-week subscription basis. Your initial billing rate is clearly stated at checkout.Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust our subscription pricing in the future. If your recurring subscription price is subject to an increase, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. This ensures you have the full opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new rate is applied.Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next 4-week cycle, you must cancel before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the app and your programming until the end of your current paid billing cycle.Failed Payments: If a payment fails, our system will retry the charge.
